About the role
Join UBS’s 18-month Group Technology Office Graduate Talent Program in Zurich as a Software Engineering Graduate. You will develop, test, and support securities trading platforms, build frontend and backend components, and use modern engineering practices. The program offers mentoring, technical training, collaboration, and potential rotations across teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and support global securities trading platforms.
- Build and enhance frontend and backend components with experienced engineers and product specialists.
- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and technical discussions.
- Collaborate across teams, locations, and disciplines to deliver business value.
- Use modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development with GitHub Copilot and specification-driven delivery.
Team
- Work in the Order Capture Pod within UBS’s Securities Trading Crew.
- Support strategic applications that capture and process securities trades across UBS.
- Collaborate with business representatives and technology partners.
- Applications serve clients, client advisors, and internal and external stakeholders.
Program
- Complete an 18-month Graduate Talent Program designed to support career development.
