About the role
Join UBS’s 18-month Graduate Talent Program in Zurich as a Software Engineer focused on AI and Generative AI. You will develop technical solutions, improve data quality and reporting, build AI-enabled tools, and collaborate with technology experts while gaining training, networking opportunities, and potential rotations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical solutions for data, reporting, and technology platforms.
- Improve transparency across data quality, data flows, and application issues.
- Research AI and Generative AI applications within Data and Reporting.
- Develop AI-enabled applications and tools to support engineers and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into data platforms and reporting systems.
- Share AI knowledge, monitor emerging developments, and bring innovative approaches to the team.
Team and Placement
- Work in UBS’s Group Technology Office in Zurich, supporting global technology solutions.
- Contribute to reliable data solutions within the Analytics and Sales Platform stream.
- Potential placements include Technology Engineering, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or Data Science and Analytics.
