About the role
An 18-month Graduate Talent Program in Zurich’s Group Technology Office, focused on an IT Business Analyst role supporting a global Transaction Monitoring solution. You will clarify business requirements, guide engineering teams, contribute to rollout and maintenance, and work in an agile Scrum team while developing technical, professional and networking skills.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the global rollout and ongoing maintenance of the Transaction Monitoring solution.
- Shape and clarify business requirements into clear guidance for engineering teams.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving to support delivery and post-go-live activities.
- Work within an agile setup as part of a Scrum team.
Program Details
- The Graduate Talent Program lasts 18 months and starts on 1 February 2027.
