About the role
Join UBS’s 18-month Graduate Talent Program in Zurich as a full stack software engineering graduate. Develop payment technology, contribute to AI-native development, and support strategic initiatives involving distributed ledger technology. Depending on your interests and experience, you may work in software engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical solutions for UBS payment platforms.
- Contribute to UBS’s transformation toward AI-native development.
- Deliver advanced payment solutions supporting strategic technology initiatives.
- Participate in integrations involving distributed ledger technology and blockchain.
- Learn and apply new technologies and AI within the payments domain.
Team
- Join the Group Technology Office in Zurich, focusing on payment solutions.
- Work with a global organization sourcing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting technology solutions.
- Support the UBS Payment Platform, used across Switzerland, EMEA, and APAC.
- Potential placements include software engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
Program
- The Graduate Talent Program lasts 18 months.
- Initial training covers the firm, professional skills, technical skills, and Group Technology Office knowledge.
- Learn from colleagues while developing skills and building a professional network.
- Participate in one or more rotations to gain broader experience.
- The program starts on 1 February 2027.
