About the role
The 18-month 2027 Technology Graduate Talent Program offers an AI engineering role in Zurich’s Artificial Intelligence Solutions team. You will design Python-based AI components, develop proof-of-concepts, collaborate with engineering teams, support production applications, and advise colleagues on responsible and experimental AI use.
Role and team
- Join the Artificial Intelligence Solutions team within UBS’s Core Engineering, Data and AI department.
- Help build, support, and transform shared platforms for data storage, management, and operations.
- Work with varied stakeholders to propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI components using Python.
- Implement proof-of-concepts addressing different business challenges.
- Collaborate with data and software engineers to deliver stable, resilient corporate applications.
- Upskill colleagues and provide consultancy on AI capabilities.
Program
- Complete an 18-month Graduate Talent Program beginning 1 February 2027.
- Receive professional and technical training, plus education on UBS commercial strategies and opportunities.
- Develop through colleague learning, networking, and opportunities to participate in one or more rotations.
