About the role
Join UBS's 2026 Off-cycle Internship in Zurich as a German language expert in UX content creation for digital banking. Develop bilingual content, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and explore AI tools in a 6-month paid program starting September 2026.
Role Responsibilities
- Create clear UX content in German and English for complex financial topics.
- Translate content from English to German with nuance and creativity.
- Develop consistent voice, tone, and terminology across digital products.
- Champion accessibility by creating inclusive content with alternative text.
- Collaborate with UX writers, localization experts, designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Leverage AI tools and emerging tech to enhance content creation and workflows.
Team Overview
- Join the software localization team in Zurich focused on multilingual user experience.
- Work to make UBS digital banking products accessible and engaging across languages.
- Support users to feel confident and supported in their interactions.
- Contribute to seamless and meaningful user experiences regardless of language.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree or graduated within 6 months.
- Minimum GPA of 4.5 (Swiss grading system) preferred.
- Native German speaker with excellent English; additional languages a plus.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for writing, localization, UX/UI, and high-quality content delivery.
- Experience with CAT tools, AI-powered language tools, and accessible writing is a plus.

Program Details
