Role Responsibilities

  • Support advisors by monitoring global financial markets and daily exchanges.
  • Assist in assessing risk items in client portfolios regularly.
  • Deliver sales activity statistics for front and advisory teams.
  • Coordinate with internal colleagues to support daily A&S team business.
  • Collaborate with Client Advisors and stakeholders on investment processes.

Team Environment

  • Work with Active Advisory, Advisory Specialist, sales management, and mandate specialist teams.
  • Advisory teams provide proactive investment advice per UBS policy.
  • Sales team manages productivity statistics.
  • Mandate specialists assist client advisors in sales and follow-up.

Candidate Requirements

  • Pursuing or holding a finance-related university degree.
  • Interest or experience in investment advisory or portfolio management.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and outgoing personality.
  • Good client relationship and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of all asset classes and English proficiency.
