About the role
Join the 2027 Global Markets Graduate Talent Program in Stockholm, supporting institutional equity clients through market insights, research distribution, relationship management, and equity capital markets activity. The 18-month program combines professional and technical training, global markets education, networking, and potential rotations across the business.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, including asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, and sovereign wealth funds.
- Distribute equity research, market intelligence, and investment ideas produced by research and trading desks.
- Provide timely market updates, sector insights, and investment themes tailored to client portfolios.
- Collaborate with research analysts, traders, and investment bankers to deliver cross-product solutions.
- Support ECM transactions by marketing IPOs, secondary offerings, and block trades to institutional investors.
- Monitor equity markets and prepare client presentations, investment roadshows, and corporate access events.
Team
- Join the Global Equity Sales team within Global Markets, based in Stockholm, Sweden.
- Act as a link between institutional investors and the bank’s research, trading, and capital markets capabilities.
- Develop client relationships, distribute equity products, and provide market insights supporting revenue and client engagement.
Program
- The Graduate Talent Program lasts 18 months and is designed to support professional development and career growth.
- Initial training covers the firm, professional and technical skills, and core global markets knowledge.
- Participants learn from colleagues, build networks, develop new skills, and may complete one or more rotations.
