About the role
An 18-month graduate program in UBS Global Markets, based in Madrid, within the Cross Asset Solutions team. You will support institutional clients by trading financial instruments, analysing market-moving data, providing market insights, and offering competitive trade prices while developing global markets expertise.
Responsibilities
- Buy and sell financial instruments for clients.
- Extract market-moving data from varied sources to inform Global Markets decisions.
- Provide clients with market trend information and offer trades at the best prices.
Team
- Join the Global Markets business, specifically the Cross Asset Solutions team.
- Work with institutional clients on coverage and financing services.
Program
- Complete an 18-month Graduate Talent Program designed to develop career skills.
- Receive professional and technical training, including core global markets knowledge.
- Learn from colleagues, build your network, and participate in one or more rotations.
Candidate Profile
- Graduating between 2025 and 2027 with at least a 2.1 or equivalent.
- Demonstrate responsible, experimental use of AI to improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Show strategic thinking, strong communication, analytical ability, and excellent IT skills.
- Bring curiosity, collaboration, trustworthiness, dedication, and motivation for demanding deadlines.
- Applicants from all majors are welcome with an interest in financial services.
