About the role
The 2027 Global Markets Graduate Talent Program in Frankfurt offers an 18-month opportunity to gain exposure to client support, market data analysis, financial instruments, market trends, products and investment approaches. Participants receive professional and technical training, develop core global markets skills, build networks and may complete rotations.
Responsibilities
- Support Global Markets teams with client buying and selling of financial instruments.
- Collect and analyse market data from various sources for business discussions and decisions.
- Learn about market trends and observe how teams share insights and solutions with clients.
- Develop understanding of products, client segments and investment approaches based on client needs.
Team
- Work in Global Markets, supporting securities transactions from start to finish.
- Serve hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers and family offices through coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing services.
Program
- Complete an 18-month Graduate Talent Program designed to support career development.
- Receive professional and technical training covering core global markets skills and knowledge.
- Learn from colleagues while developing skills and building a professional network.
- Participate in one or more rotations to gain broader business exposure.
