About the role
This 18-month graduate program in Zürich focuses on Global Markets MTN Trading and Credit Solutions. You will support private-placement origination, make markets in illiquid instruments and structured notes, develop process automation, and work with the Quants team. Training, networking and potential rotations support professional development from February 2027.
Responsibilities
- Support market-side product origination for private placements.
- Act as market maker for illiquid financial instruments and a large structured-notes portfolio.
- Develop and support automation for business-owned processes.
- Work with the Quants team to deliver scalable trading-operation solutions.
Team
- Join Global Markets, providing liquidity and valuation for an otherwise illiquid portfolio.
- Support the origination, purchase and sale of securities from start to finish.
- Work with private banks, pension funds, asset managers, family offices and banking or sovereign-agency issuers.
Program
- Receive an introduction to the firm, professional and technical training, and core global-markets knowledge.
- Learn from colleagues while developing skills and building your professional network.
