Internship in Depositary Oversight Team (6 months)

Role Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing Fund Factsheets by collecting documentation and updating fund data.
- Perform administrative tasks including requesting and following up on periodic reports.
- Support monitoring and control of the securities lending program.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.

Team Environment
- Work within UBS Europe SE, Luxembourg Branch's Depositary Oversight Team.
- Engage in NAV oversight, subscription/redemption, income proceeds control, and investment compliance monitoring.
- Operate under UCITS V and AIFMD regulatory frameworks.
- Experience a dynamic, international, and collaborative work environment.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor or final stage Master/Bachelor’s degree in Law or Economics.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; German or French is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
