About the role
Join UBS Group Internal Audit in Zurich for a six-month paid internship starting 1 February 2027. Investigate risks, assess controls, use data and technology, and develop insight across a global bank. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues, receive mentoring, work with specialists, and may be considered for the Graduate Talent Program.
Responsibilities
- Identify risks across different parts of UBS and understand how the global financial institution operates.
- Investigate decisions, products and processes to uncover insights and emerging risks.
- Use data, technology and critical thinking to assess risks and evaluate control effectiveness.
- Challenge assumptions to help prevent errors, protect clients and support strategic goals.
- Summarise findings, ask effective questions and communicate ideas clearly.
Team
- Join Group Internal Audit, which provides an independent, end-to-end view across UBS.
- Work with specialists in business, risk, data analytics and artificial intelligence.
- Learn from experienced colleagues and gain exposure to senior team members.
Program
- Complete a six-month internship working with experts in day-to-day operations.
- Learn about the financial industry, UBS, its clients and the firm’s operations.
- Receive mentoring and opportunities to develop skills and build professional contacts.
- Successful interns may receive an offer for the Graduate Talent Program after completing studies.
