About the role
Join the Wealth Management Switzerland team in Central Switzerland for a six-month paid internship beginning February 2027. You will build knowledge of the wealth management industry and firm strategy, support client advisors serving private, corporate and institutional clients, develop through mentoring, and potentially progress to a Graduate Talent Program.
Responsibilities
- Build an understanding of the wealth management industry, firm culture and strategy.
- Support client advisors in their day-to-day work to help increase client satisfaction.
Team
- Work within Wealth Management Switzerland, advising wealthy and ultra-high-net-worth clients and professional intermediaries.
- Gain exposure to private individuals, families, managers, executives, entrepreneurs, lawyers, fiduciaries and notaries.
- Take part in day-to-day operations while learning from colleagues and senior team members.
Development Opportunities

- Successful interns may receive an offer to join the Graduate Talent Program after completing their studies.
