2027 Graduate Talent Program – Information Security Office - Tech Risk

About the role

Join UBS’s 2027 Graduate Talent Program in Zürich within the Divisional Information Security Office Tech Risk team. You will apply AI and modern LLM technologies to business and risk challenges, while supporting cyber and information security controls, technology risk management, third-party oversight, remediation, and strategic initiatives across Personal & Corporate Banking.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test AI agents using modern LLM platforms and frameworks for business and risk challenges.
• Experiment with prompt engineering, agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, and workflow automation.
• Assess opportunities and risks created by emerging technologies and artificial intelligence capabilities.
• Oversee implementation and remediation of cyber and information security control gaps.
• Support the DISO Tech Risk team’s daily activities and strategic initiatives.

Team

• The DISO Tech Risk team protects digital assets, systems, data, and operations through technology risk management.
• The team covers third-party oversight and continuous improvement across business, technology, and risk.

Program

• The Graduate Talent Program lasts 18 months and supports professional and technical development.
• Initial training introduces UBS, personal and corporate banking, and core professional skills and knowledge.
• Participants can learn from colleagues, build networks, and potentially complete one or more rotations.
