2027 Graduate Talent Program – Business Risk Management F2B - Zurich

About the role

Join UBS’s 18-month 2027 Graduate Talent Program in Zürich, supporting Non-Financial Risk and Business Risk Management within Personal & Corporate Banking. The role offers exposure to governance, regulatory requirements, third-party risk management, stakeholder coordination, management information, and cross-functional collaboration, with training and potential rotations.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to risk management, governance, regulatory requirements, and senior stakeholder interactions.
• Contribute to third-party risk management coverage for Personal & Corporate Banking.
• Coordinate governance forums and stakeholder meetings across relevant business areas.
• Create presentations, dashboards, and management information using Microsoft Office tools.
• Collaborate with risk, Information Security, and Front Unit stakeholders across all lines of defense.

Team

• The F2B team supports end-to-end governance across Personal & Corporate Banking and UBS Switzerland AG.
• The team coordinates policies, third-party risk management, new business, and the COO’s strategic and operational priorities.

Program

• The program includes an introduction to UBS, professional and technical training, and core banking skills development.
• Participants learn from colleagues, build their network, and may complete one or several rotations.
