Role Responsibilities
- Perform Key Procedural Controls and monitor front-to-back control environment.
- Prepare clear and meaningful risk reports for management.
- Understand operational risk landscape and advise on remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with global IB BRM and UGM COO teams on daily tasks.

Team Environment
- Work in IB UGM COO team in Opfikon near Zurich.
- Support operational risk management within IB Global Markets.
- Establish and maintain operational risk framework for UGM.
- Collaborate globally to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least 4 semesters towards bachelor's or master's degree.
- Proficient in English, both written and oral.
- Interest in fast-paced international work environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Autonomous, diligent, detail-oriented work approach.
