Role Responsibilities
- Explore credit risk identification, monitoring, and management for UBS's Swiss lending book.
- Improve processes and produce analytics for credit risk control activities.
- Build and enhance analytics capabilities for portfolio control and decision making.
- Drive automation and AI initiatives to improve risk control efficiency and scalability.

Team Information
- Join the Automation and Digital Enablement team within Portfolio Control and Services (PC&S) unit.
- PC&S is the center of excellence for credit review and monitoring of Swiss lending book.
- Team develops analytics and automation solutions for risk control activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree or graduated within last 6 months.
- Minimum GPA of 4.5 (Swiss grading system).
- Strong coding skills in R, Python, VBA/Access, SQL; git experience is a plus.
- Experience in quantitative modelling or data science.
- Excellent English skills; German is a plus.
