About the role

Six-month paid internship in UBS’s Corporate Clients team in Lausanne, supporting client advisors serving private, corporate and institutional clients. The program offers exposure to the wealth management industry, project management, business development and daily operations, with mentoring and potential consideration for the Graduate Talent Program after successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Build understanding of the wealth management industry, company culture and strategy.
• Support client advisors with daily activities focused on increasing client satisfaction.
• Coordinate projects with stakeholders while developing project management and business development knowledge.

Program

• Work alongside experts and participate in day-to-day business operations.
• Receive mentoring and opportunities to connect with senior team members.
• Develop skills and professional contacts throughout the internship.
• Successful interns may receive an offer for the Graduate Talent Program after completing their studies.
