2027 Internship – Corporate & Institutional Clients - St.Gallen

About the role

Six-month paid internship in UBS’s Corporate and Institutional Clients business in St. Gallen, supporting advisors serving business clients. Interns assist with client visits, transactions, financial analysis, modelling and due diligence while learning from experienced colleagues and mentors. The internship starts in February 2027 and may lead to a graduate opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Support client advisors with daily activities, including preparation for client visits and events.
• Maintain client contact and participate in on-site visits alongside client advisors.
• Engage in transactions for clients and prepare client analyses and financial models.
• Develop understanding of clients’ industries and strategies.
• Support the preparation and coordination of due diligence processes.

Team

• Join Corporate and Institutional Clients, serving start-ups, enterprises and large corporate clients.
• The team provides integrated solutions in Switzerland and supports clients’ potential international expansions.

Requirements

• Completed at least four bachelor’s degree semesters and graduated within the past six months.
• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum Swiss GPA of 4.5.
• Demonstrate how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Be fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Show strong communication, strategic thinking, collaboration, dedication and trustworthiness.
• Be motivated to work under high demands and tight deadlines.

• Work with experts while learning about the industry, clients and the firm.
• Participate in daily operations and receive guidance from mentors.
• Develop new skills and build contacts, including with senior team members.
• Successful interns may receive an offer for the Graduate Talent Program after completing their studies.
