About the role
An 18-month graduate program in Zurich focused on payment products within Personal & Corporate Banking. You will analyze payment-industry trends, support agile project implementation, assess business opportunities, and help drive sales initiatives while receiving professional, technical, and core banking training alongside potential rotations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends across the payment industry with the Payments crew.
- Manage and support project implementation within an agile working environment.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess and propose payments business opportunities.
- Define and drive sales initiatives for payment products.
Team
- Join the Payments crew in Zurich within Personal & Corporate Banking.
- Support the payment product development lifecycle from industry analysis through product development and sales.
- Work in a collaborative team valuing drive, motivation, and curiosity.
Program Details
- The Graduate Talent Program lasts 18 months.
- Initial training covers the firm, professional and technical skills, and core banking knowledge.
- Learn from colleagues while developing skills and building your professional network.
- Participate in one or several rotations to gain broader experience.
Requirements
- Be a recent graduate who completed their degree within the last 24 months.
- Complete all degree and graduation requirements by the program start date.
- Have a minimum GPA of 4.5 under the Swiss grading system.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, strong communication, flexibility, openness, cooperation, and resilience under tight deadlines.
- Show responsible, experimental use of AI to improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Have an interest in financial markets, numbers, models, and products.
Skills and Languages
- Communicate comfortably with colleagues at all levels.
- Have a good command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Demonstrate excellent German and English language skills.
- Be hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, collaborative, and motivated by demanding work.
