2027 Graduate Talent Program – Corporate & Real Estate – Romandie

About the role

Join the 2027 Corporate & Real Estate Romandie Graduate Talent Program supporting business clients in Western Switzerland. You will assist relationship managers, maintain client relationships, execute transactions, and develop corporate banking expertise through training, networking, and potential rotations over an 18-month program starting February 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support relationship managers with client visits, events, daily activities, and transaction execution.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
• Build knowledge of the financial industry, firm culture, and strategy.

Team and Location

• Work in the Corporate & Real Estate Romandie team serving start-ups, enterprises, and large corporate clients.
• The team provides integrated solutions in Switzerland and supports clients’ potential international expansions.
• The agreed location will be Lausanne, Nyon, Fribourg, or Neuchâtel, in Canton de Vaud or surrounding Romandie.

Program

• The Graduate Talent Program lasts 18 months and begins with professional and technical training.
• Training covers the firm, core skills, and knowledge of corporate and institutional clients.
• Develop skills and networks through colleagues, learning opportunities, and one or more potential rotations.

Candidate Requirements

• Recent graduate within the last 24 months, with all degree requirements completed by the program start date.
• No more than two years of full-time work experience and a minimum Swiss GPA of 4.5.
• Fluent French and English, strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and interest in the financial industry.
• Demonstrate collaborative, dedicated, trustworthy, and hardworking values, plus responsible use of AI to improve outcomes.
• Motivated to work in a demanding environment with tight deadlines; all academic majors are welcome.
