Role Responsibilities
- Analyze client feedback and prepare weekly summaries with actionable insights.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve digital banking experience.
- Support data clean-up, structuring, and quality assurance for reporting.
- Contribute to alignment and tracking of Digital Banking strategic roadmap.
- Drive improvements in reporting processes and tools.

- Work within UBS Digital Banking team in Zurich.
- Team focuses on transformation, integration, and product development.
- Collaborate with Product growth lead and stakeholders across UBS.

Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree or graduated within 6 months.
- Minimum GPA of 4.5 (Swiss grading system).
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented with data.
