Internship in Munich or Frankfurt at UBS Real Estate supporting acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. Gain hands-on experience in transaction management, market research, and due diligence over 6 months starting July or August 2026.

Role and Responsibilities
- Support transaction team in buying and selling commercial real estate.
- Create and analyze property cash flows.
- Prepare presentations in German and English.
- Conduct independent market research.
- Participate in property inspections and tenders.

Team and Environment
- Work within UBS Real Estate GmbH, part of UBS Asset Management.
- Engage with internal teams like Legal, Portfolio Management, and Fund Finance.
- Interact with external advisors and market participants.
- Focus on office, residential, logistics, and retail properties mainly in the core segment.
- Experience diverse and collaborative work culture.

Candidate Requirements
- Enrolled in economics, real estate, or construction studies, minimum 4th semester.
- Interest and knowledge in commercial real estate and markets.
- Strong independent working skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- English language proficiency; ARGUS Enterprise knowledge is a plus.
