Internship – Asset & Transaction Management
Join an international real estate team in Amsterdam for a six-month internship supporting asset and transaction management tasks including market research and investment analysis.

Role Responsibilities
- Support daily real estate management activities.
- Assist with investment calculations and presentation preparations.
- Prepare hold/sell analyses for properties.
- Conduct real estate market research.
- Help implement asset upgrade strategies.

Additional Duties
- Assist in leasing vacant properties.
- Support administrative processes related to asset management.

Team Environment
- Work within the Benelux & Nordics team based in Amsterdam (Rembrandt Tower).
- Join a small, ambitious, professional, and international team.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong academic performance with excellent grades.
- Experience or knowledge in real estate preferred.
- Interest in the real estate market.
- Degree in Economics or Real Estate subjects preferred.
