About the role
Six-month paid internship in Zürich supporting business operations and ESG activities for a global direct real estate portfolio. You will assist with risk reporting, KYC checks, operational and strategic projects, investment manager support, process improvements, and ad hoc analysis across Europe, North America, and APAC.
Responsibilities
- Support business operations for direct real estate assets across Europe, North America, and APAC.
- Assist with risk reporting, KYC checks, operational projects, and new IT database implementation.
- Provide analytical and proactive support for specific projects and ad hoc analysis.
- Support investment managers, enhance business processes, and contribute to strategic project work.
Team and Exposure
- Join the Global Real Asset – Business Operations & ESG team in Zürich.
- Coordinate with Finance, Portfolio and Investment Management, and ESG teams.
- Learn major real estate processes and interact with external service providers across different countries.
- Work with teams managing approximately 150 assets across Europe, the UK, North America, and APAC.

- Work with industry experts while learning about the firm, clients, and real estate operations.

- A successful internship may lead to an offer for the Graduate Talent Program after completing studies.
