About the role
Join UBS’s 18-month Contract Management & Development Graduate Talent Program in Zurich, supporting corporate real estate and facility services across Switzerland. You will help manage contractual obligations, service performance, regulatory requirements and financial objectives while developing banking, technical and professional skills through training, networking and potential rotations.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders and service providers.
- Drive service excellence, operational efficiency and sustainable value creation.
Team
- Join UBS Group Real Estate and Supply Chain in the Zurich offices.
- The function supports UBS’s real estate, PropTech, facility management and related services globally.
- The team advances sustainability, strategic delivery locations, procurement, sourcing opportunities and digitalisation.
Program
- The Graduate Talent Program lasts 18 months.
- Initial training introduces UBS and develops professional, technical and core banking skills.
- Learn from colleagues, build your network and develop additional skills.
- Participate in one or several rotations to gain broader experience.
Requirements
- Be a recent graduate who completed their degree within the last 24 months.
- Complete all degree and graduation requirements by the program start date.
- Have no more than two years of full-time work experience.
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills.
- Work confidently and autonomously in a structured manner under demanding deadlines.
- Show how responsible, experimental AI use can improve outcomes and efficiency.
