About the role

Join the 18-month Construction & Real Estate Romandie Graduate Talent Program in Lausanne, supporting relationship managers and business clients across real estate development, acquisition, and ownership projects. Gain professional and technical training, develop corporate and institutional client knowledge, build your network, and participate in potential rotations.

Responsibilities

• Support relationship managers with client visit and event preparation, and transaction execution.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
• Build understanding of the firm’s industry, culture, and strategy.
• Work alongside Client Advisor Associates supporting relationship managers and structuring financing applications.

Team

• Join the Construction & Real Estate Romandie team in Lausanne.
• Serve real estate professionals, including corporations and private individuals.
• Support clients with real estate development, acquisition, and ownership projects.
• Connect clients with the firm’s full product range and specialist teams.

Program

• Complete an 18-month Graduate Talent Program beginning in February 2027.
• Receive professional and technical training focused on corporate and institutional clients.
• Develop skills through colleague learning, networking opportunities, and potential rotations.
• Learn about the firm and build core professional and technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Be a recent graduate who completed graduation requirements by the program start date.
• Have graduated within the last 24 months and have no more than two years’ full-time experience.
• Achieve a minimum competitive GPA of 4.5 under the Swiss grading system.
• Be fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking, curiosity, collaboration, dedication, trustworthiness, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Evidence how experimental and responsible AI use can improve outcomes and efficiency.
