Role Responsibilities
- Assist with daily cash flow monitoring for funds.
- Support completion of subscription agreements for fund of funds.
- Perform ad hoc reporting and reconciliations within depositary scope.
- Reconcile cash and assets between internal records, third parties, and fund administrators.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.

Team Information
- Part of Depositary Supervision Team at UBS Europe SE, Luxembourg Branch.
- Team handles regulatory controls under UCITS V and AIFMD.
- Focus on safekeeping, cash flow monitoring, and custody oversight.
- Diverse and dynamic team with collaborative work environment.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor or near completion of Master/Bachelor in Law or Economics.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical focus.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; other languages are assets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
