About the role
Six-month paid internship in UBS Global Wealth Management Switzerland’s central business management team in Zurich. The role supports client advisors, coordinates projects, analyzes Swiss real estate and lending trends, improves operational processes, and contributes to strategic and cross-functional initiatives within the real estate lending business.
Responsibilities
- Build understanding of wealth management, including the firm’s culture and strategy.
- Support client advisors in daily work to help increase client satisfaction.
- Coordinate projects with stakeholders while developing project management and business development knowledge.
- Analyze Swiss real estate and lending market trends and optimize operational processes.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, cross-functional projects, and regulatory compliance activities.
Team
- Join a central business management team within Wealth Management Switzerland.
- Work from the Paradeplatz office in Zurich.
- Support the real estate lending business for private, corporate, and institutional clients.
Program
- Work alongside experts and participate in day-to-day business operations.
- Receive mentoring and opportunities to connect with senior team members.
- Potentially receive an offer for the Graduate Talent Program after completing studies.
