About the role
Six-month paid internship in an Employee Share Ownership Service team in Zurich, supporting corporate clients and plan participants. You will coordinate enquiries, assist with corporate-client onboarding, prepare contractual documentation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. The program starts in February 2027 and offers mentoring, practical banking experience, and development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate client enquiries, resolve outstanding matters, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support corporate-client onboarding by capturing data, opening accounts, and completing required documentation.
- Prepare and distribute contractual documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
Team and Exposure
- Support employees and board members participating in corporate clients’ share-based compensation plans.
- Work with experienced colleagues and internal partners to deliver accurate, timely, participant-focused solutions.
- Gain insight into the daily operations of a specialised banking service.
