About the role

An 18-month UBS Graduate Talent Program in Zurich, supporting global procurement and supply chain initiatives within Group Real Estate and Supply Chain. The role covers sourcing, supplier management, sustainability, risk, analytics, project coordination and continuous improvement, with training, stakeholder exposure and opportunities for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to supply chain initiatives supporting business objectives and delivering commercial value.
• Coordinate projects, communications and continuous improvement activities across Supply Chain and the wider business.
• Analyse data and processes to identify trends, insights and improvement opportunities.
• Support sourcing, supplier management, sustainability, risk management and operational effectiveness activities.
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Develop understanding of market dynamics, commercial drivers and industry best practices.

Team

• Join UBS Group Real Estate and Supply Chain in the Zurich offices.
• The function supports global procurement, real estate, PropTech, facilities, vendor management and outsourcing.
• The team identifies sourcing opportunities, drives platform digitalisation and supports UBS sustainability objectives.
• The function manages strategic delivery locations, including UBS- and vendor-operated service delivery sites.

Program

• The 18-month program provides professional and technical training, plus core banking skills and knowledge.
• Participants learn from colleagues, develop new skills, build networks and may complete one or more rotations.
• The program begins by introducing participants to UBS and continues with career development opportunities.
