About the role
Join UBS’s 18-month Graduate Talent Program in Zurich, supporting digital transformation for private clients across Switzerland. In the Be a Client stream, you will help improve onboarding, servicing, self-service, data quality and client experiences while collaborating across business, technology and product teams and gaining training, rotations and networking opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives improving client onboarding, servicing and self-service capabilities.
- Help evolve client static data and AI-driven capabilities to improve quality, automation and client experience.
- Collaborate with business, technology and product teams to deliver innovative client solutions.
- Analyze client behavior, digital adoption and market trends to generate actionable insights.
- Contribute to designing and rolling out digital capabilities and client experiences.
- Build UBS networks while gaining exposure to digital transformation, agile practices and strategic bank initiatives.
Team
- Join the Be a Client stream within UBS’s Agile Delivery Organization.
- Help make client interactions seamless, fast and scalable throughout the client lifecycle.
- Work internationally across business, technology and product functions on client-focused solutions.
Program
- The 18-month program provides professional and technical training and core personal and corporate banking knowledge.
- Learn from colleagues while developing skills and building a professional network.
- Participate in one or several rotations to gain broader exposure beyond your primary role.
