Join UBS's 2026 Off-cycle Internship in Zurich within Personal & Corporate Banking. Support product development and rollout in Contact Center Services, gaining hands-on experience in finance and operations over six months.

Role Responsibilities
- Use data and insights to develop new products for Contact Centers.
- Support senior project and product managers in daily tasks.
- Assist in creating rollout plans and training materials.
- Design communication materials and organize product presentation events.

Team Environment
- Work within the Personal & Corporate Global Multichannel Contact Center Services team.
- Contribute to transforming and integrating Contact Center channels and products.

Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree or graduated within 6 months.
- Minimum GPA of 4.5 (Swiss grading system).
- Strong communication skills in English and German.
- Strategic thinker, hardworking, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
- Interest in finance and ability to work under tight deadlines.
