About the role

Join UBS's 2026 Off-cycle Internship in Zurich within the International Sponsorship & Partnership team. Support sponsorship proposals, activations, market research, and content development while gaining hands-on experience in global financial services marketing.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support sponsorship team in developing proposals and activation plans.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for sponsorship activations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain relationships with sponsorship partners.
  • Manage sponsorship requests and project coordination.
  • Develop content for UBS Art Channels and sponsorship reports.

Team Environment

  • Work in International Sponsorship & Partnership team in Zurich.
  • Manage UBS’s international culture sponsorship platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sponsorship, and events teams globally.
  • Engage with partners like Art Basel and Fondation Beyeler.
  • Support firm’s business and brand objectives through sponsorships.
  • Coordinate across different time zones and departments.

Candidate Requirements

  • Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree or recent graduate.
  • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Passion for sponsorships and marketing.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
