2026 Off-cycle Internship – IB Marketing Events – ZH

About the role

Join UBS's 2025 Off-cycle Internship in Investment Bank Marketing Events in Zurich. Gain hands-on experience organizing client events, managing logistics, and supporting senior project managers in a global firm.

Role Responsibilities

• Secure venues, hotel rooms, limousine transfers, and flights for events.
• Enter new projects into UBS's project management software.
• Manage invitation process including creation and follow-up billing.
• Support senior project managers and run own projects.
• Organize virtual and physical meetings and events.
• Provide onsite support for events and roadshows.

Team Environment

• Work with event marketing specialists in UBS Investment Bank Switzerland.
• Collaborate with global offices on client events and conferences.
• Adapt events to business needs and current market environment.
• Deliver optimal logistics and communication services.
• Enable clients to focus on business meetings.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree, graduated within 6 months.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred in marketing or event management.
• Excellent English and fluent German (written and oral).
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple projects.
• Good Microsoft Office skills and experience with virtual platforms (Zoom, Webex, MS Teams).
