Role Responsibilities
- Develop content for news articles, intranet, newsletters, videos, and blog posts in English and/or German.
- Identify story ideas and key messages on diverse topics.
- Manage projects like webpage redesigns, communication campaigns, and guideline development.
- Support event organization and logistics such as townhalls and leadership events.
- Collaborate with Group Internal Communications and other firm partners.

Team Environment
- Work within Group Internal Communications in Zurich, part of Group Corporate Communications.
- Join a diverse team of communications experts producing high-impact communications.
- Advise various bank teams on tactical and strategic communications.
- Aim to keep employees informed, engaged, and proud to work at UBS.

Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree or graduated within 6 months (bachelor's or master's).
- Minimum GPA of 4.5 (Swiss grading system).

- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Motivated to work under high demands and tight deadlines.

- Native English or German speaker with advanced knowledge of the other language.
