Role Responsibilities
- Support and liaise with senior team members on regional and global projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to ensure best practices.
- Work proactively in a dynamic environment focused on risk management.
- Engage with at least one other team within Group Compliance and Operational Risk.
- Contribute to operational risk, compliance, financial crime, and regulatory affairs.

- Based in Zurich within Group Compliance and Operational Risk Control.
- Focus on building trust and safeguarding the business.
- Handle operational risk, compliance, financial crime, government and regulatory affairs.
- Conduct investigations and promote risk awareness globally.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to share best practices.

Candidate Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree within 18 months before program start.
- Preferably from quantitative or engineering fields.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Power BI and Excel.
- Data science skills in SQL and Python with eagerness to develop further.
