Role and Responsibilities
- Access UBS platforms and databases for financial analysis (Mergermarket, Bloomberg, Factiva, etc.)
- Learn financial statement analysis, company valuation, and business planning
- Draft teasers, information memorandums, and prepare pitches
- Support origination and execution of M&A, ECM, and Debt Advisory mandates

- Work within Corporate Advisory Group focusing on mid-market segment
- Focus on family-owned companies
- Receive constant support from tutor and qualified personnel
- Participate in a structured training course

Candidate Requirements
- Background in economics, finance, business administration, or management engineering
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexible, open-minded, and collaborative
- Independent, accurate, and detail-oriented work style
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and quick learner of new IT tools
