Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions.
- Prepare industry analyses for client pitches.
- Participate in the execution of live deals.
Team Overview
- Work within the Global Banking team.
- Provide coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions.
- Serve corporate, financial institutions, and sponsor clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Penultimate or final year student, or recent graduate (within 6 months).
- On track for or holding a 2:1 UK degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrate responsible and experimental use of AI.
- Exhibit values: hardworking, trustworthy, dedicated, collaborative.
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Motivated to work under high demands and tight deadlines.
