About the role
Join UBS's 2027 Off-Cycle Internship in Global Banking, Frankfurt. Gain hands-on experience in M&A, industry analysis, and live deal execution over 3-6 months.
Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions.
- Prepare industry analyses for client pitches.
- Participate in the execution of live deals.
Team Overview
- Work within the Global Banking team.
- Provide coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions.
- Serve corporate, financial institutions, and sponsor clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Penultimate or final year student, or recent graduate (within 6 months).
- On track for or holding a 2:1 UK degree equivalent.
- Fluent in German and English.
- GPA of 2.5 in German grading system.
- Demonstrate responsible AI use to improve outcomes.
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
