About the role
Three-month 2027 Investment Banking internship in UBS’s Global Banking business in Zürich. Gain exposure to corporate finance and capital markets while supporting mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, leveraged finance, and corporate advisory transactions. The internship may lead to a Graduate Talent Program offer after completing your studies.
Responsibilities
- Learn about mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, and leveraged finance.
- Support advice and execution for mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, debt and equity financings, and corporate advisory transactions.
- Analyze complex situations and develop strategies aligned with clients’ diverse objectives.
Team
- Join the Global Banking business in Zürich, advising corporates and financial sponsors on transactions and important decisions.
- The team covers mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, leveraged finance, transaction financing, and sustainability-related debt instruments.
