2027 Internship – Client Relationships, Banks EMEA - Zurich

About the role

Join UBS’s six-month, paid 2027 Internship Program in Zurich, supporting the Banks Coverage team within Corporate and Institutional Clients. You will assist relationship managers, contribute to client strategy and analytics, gain exposure to banking products and specialists, and develop an understanding of institutional banking and first-line risk management.

Responsibilities

• Support relationship managers with client meetings, events, presentations, and business pitches.
• Contribute to client strategy, relationship alignment, data analysis, and intelligence activities across the firm.
• Gain exposure to UBS products, solutions, specialists, and institutional banking perspectives.
• Develop an understanding of first-line risk management and holistic bank-client relationship management.

Team

• Work in the Banks Coverage team within UBS’s Institutional and Multinational Banking business.
• Support relationships with bank clients and help deliver integrated solutions across Switzerland and globally.
• Contribute to a coordinated OneBank experience across UBS Group.

Program

• Start in February 2027 and work alongside experts on clients, the industry, and daily business activities.
• Receive mentoring, develop skills, build professional contacts, and interact with senior team members.
• Successful interns may receive an offer for the Graduate Talent Program after completing their studies.
