About the role
Join UBS’s 24-month 2027 Global Banking Graduate Talent Program in Frankfurt, supporting corporate, financial institution, and sponsor clients through coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions. You will develop financial models, analyse companies and markets, prepare pitch materials, and contribute to live M&A deal execution within a global investment banking team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate companies and develop models for mergers and acquisitions transactions.
- Prepare industry analyses and marketing materials for client pitches.
- Participate in financial modelling and valuation exercises.
- Conduct market and company analyses for banking assignments.
- Contribute to the execution of live deals.
Team
- Work within the Global Banking team based in Frankfurt.
- The team provides coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions.
- Clients include corporations, financial institutions, and sponsor organisations.
