Role Responsibilities
- Learn about mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets transactions.
- Advise and execute M&A, spin-offs, refinancings for Swiss mid-sized corporations and private equity.
- Analyze complex situations to develop strategies maximizing client objectives.
- Support financial analyses, valuation exercises, and market/company research.
- Collaborate with Swiss corporate banking, private banking, and international investment banking experts.

Team Environment
- Work in Zurich within UBS's Global Banking business, Swiss Mid Market Investment Banking team.
- Advise Swiss mid-sized corporations, entrepreneurs, and private equity funds.
- Focus on strategic development, financing activities, M&A, debt and capital raisings, leveraged buyouts.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled with graduation in 2026 or 2027.
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with tight deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Solid corporate finance knowledge including accounting and valuation techniques.
- Excellent academic record with strong English and German communication skills; French is a plus.
