Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate on projects involving Structured Products, EQ, FI, FX in Global Markets.
- Drive AI automation of repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct controlling and supervisory tasks within the team.
- Analyze and support implementation of new financial regulations.
- Clarify legal and compliance questions related to financial products.

Team Environment
- Work in the IB Global Markets Distribution Regulatory & Risk Management team.
- Coordinate key business activities with focus on regulatory, risk, and governance.
- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Engage with colleagues across London, Poland, Hong Kong, and the US.

Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree or graduated within 6 months.
- Previous internship experience, preferably in financial services.
- Strong communication skills and strategic thinking ability.
- Motivated to work under high demands and tight deadlines.
- Affinity for AI, automation, and data analytics.
