Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global Business Managers across Zurich, London, New York, Singapore, Sydney.
- Run key IB FX & Rates controls and assist with daily tasks.
- Work with Trading and Sales desks on product initiatives, controls, surveys, and trade data analysis.
- Lead process improvements using innovative tools to automate controls and reporting.
- Contribute to a high-performing team with rich learning opportunities.

Team Overview
- Part of FX & Rates COO team operating globally under a follow-the-sun model.
- Ensure effective business operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Senior Stakeholders, Sales & Trading, Control Functions, and other divisions.
- Focus on trading and distributing FX, STIR, and Rates products.
- Foster a collaborative environment driving success and innovation.

Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree; graduated within last 6 months.
- Preferred degrees: Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Scientific disciplines.
- Excellent written and oral English skills; other languages a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; basic coding skills valued.
- Interest in financial markets, numbers, models, and products.
