Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global trading and sales desks on new product initiatives and trade data analysis.
- Support key IB regulatory controls and day-to-day tasks with global Business Managers.
- Interface with front-to-back functions including IT, Finance, Compliance, and Operations.
- Handle ad-hoc projects to improve efficiency in regulatory analysis and reporting processes.

Team Overview
- Work within investment banking business management focused on performance, control, and efficiency.
- Collaborate across Investment Bank, Wealth Management, and Asset Management.
- Enhance front-to-back delivery by standardizing and simplifying processes and infrastructure.

Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree or graduated within last 6 months.
- Preferred focus in Banking & Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Excellent written and oral English skills.
- Experience or internship in Banking or similar fields.
- Interest in financial markets, numbers, models, and products.
