Role Responsibilities
- Support local HR Service Delivery Team in operational tasks across the HR lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with service centers in Krakow and Wroclaw.
- Participate in HR projects and support ad-hoc topics.
- Maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Work independently and in a team environment.

Team Environment
- Part of the German EMEA SMC Service Delivery Team within HR Service Delivery.
- Support comprehensive HR services for Germany-based staff.
- Close cooperation with HR Service Delivery Team in Poland.

Candidate Requirements
- Initial experience in HR operations preferred.
- Systematic, diligent, and detail-oriented work approach.
- Structured and accurate mindset.
- Willingness to take responsibility.
- Fluent in German and English.
