About the role
The 18-month Human Resources Graduate Talent Program in Zurich offers recent graduates rotations across generalist and specialist HR areas, business-wide projects, and professional and technical training. Participants support the employee lifecycle while developing skills and networks within a global financial firm.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through recruitment, reward, talent development, employee relations, employee advisory, and management support.
- Contribute to projects across the business and build a global network of contacts.
Team
- Work alongside Human Resources colleagues in Zurich, supporting employees throughout the lifecycle from recruitment to retirement.
- Help employees perform effectively, ensure fair rewards, and support the firm’s inclusive culture.
Program Development
- Complete an 18-month program designed to develop skills needed for career growth.
- Receive an introduction to the firm, professional and technical training, and core foundational skills.
- Learn from colleagues, develop new skills, build networks, and rotate through different HR areas.
